The project was to create a new dental clinic in the 2nd floor of the Millennium Shopping Mall in Glyfada Athens. The main idea of the concept was to design a futuristic luxury space with a high tech essence and elegant materials. A wooden wall ,with a parametric shape, is constructed to separate the waiting area from the dental clinic and the doctors office. On this wooden wall shaped windows and doors are constructed so the natural sun light can enter in to the waiting area. The reception desk transforms its shape ,and it looks like it want to climb to the ceiling of the room through the wooden wall. In the dental clinic an algorithm parametric shape is designed on the wall with the same esthetic as the reception desk, trying to climb to the ceiling over the dental chair. Granite tiles are placed on the floor and wooden surfaces are constructed on the walls. The lights on the wooden ceilings are custom designed.
