“Despina” is a Greek firm of pastry shops located in Athens. The firm was created in the early 80s by the owner Despina Roulia,by opening the first pastry shop in the area of Northern Athens.
In the next years the firm got famous for their secret recipe of their milles-feuilles dessert and developed more than 10 pastry shops in the city of Athens.
The client’s wish was to renovate the first opened and historically oldest pastry shop of the firm trying to refresh the interior and give the essence of a modern-looking pastry shop in a traditional and temporal atmosphere.
