Located in the prestigious residential area Agiorgani near to the ski center of Arahova,the S-House is a residential buildings with total surface of 400 m2.
Following the clients wish, the A-house is oriented to have views overlooking to the forrest. The main concept is based in the introversion of the complex, using a triangle shape for the elevation designing the master plan. The building is a 2level residence with an internal staircase that connects the ground floor where the living room area is placed with the kitchen and the pool with the first floor. In the first floor are placed themaster bedroom and a second bedroom. Both bedroom have individual wc. Attached to the living room is a pool placed under a glass roof. Between the pool and the living room a hanged fireplace is designed and constructed.
