This hotel is located in front of the sea , in the area Ammolofoi near to the city of Kavala. The Construction has began in 2018 and the hotel is about to begin in the summer of 2021. The total surface of the building is around of 2.400sq.m.
The concept was to create a new age hotel with boho chic references only for adults. The hotel has around 60 rooms, each on is designed like a junior suite , with private pool. The interior of the room is a boho chic atmosphere with a summer essence combining exotic styles from places like Mexico or Africa.
The façade of the building has redesigned according the interior style.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools, a spa in the ground floor, and 2 restaurants with an open air bar.
This project is an architectural study that was not implemented.
