Apallou is an all day café and cocktail bar, located in the center of the city of Thessaloniki. It opened its doors in the year 2005, in the same spot but much smaller than today. During the years, the success of the all day café, forced the owners to rent the 2 stores next to it.
The owners wanted to give a new era to the famous café Apallou, adding a more nightly atmosphere, with cocktails and a centered dj both.
The old centered bar was transferred in the left area, and in the right side a big sofa has been designed for customers that wanted to have brunch or dinner.
A new façade has been designed, with colored curves to be more attractive. New lights have been designed and placed on the walls.
