“Giorgio Pastry ” is a Greek firm of pastry shops located in Athens. The firm was created in the early 80s by the owner ,by opening the first pastry shop in the area of Western Athens.
In the next years the firm got famous for their secret recipe of their desserts and developed more than 4 pastry shops in the city of Athens and specialized in catering
The client’s wish was to create a new concept store with a new design , because the son of the owner entered in the family busines . The new concept store is located in the center of Piraeus in Athens, and the concept was to create a pastry shop that combines also a coffee shop and a bar restaurant.
