The hub office is a multipurpose co-working space is located in the center of Chalandri area, a residential neighborhood with plenty of shops. It is a two-story space, divided in ground floor level and loft level. The high-ceiling ground floor and its open plan character allow great flexibility in creating scenarios for the use of the space.
The new identity of the space would be shaped around the idea of being α flexible place that would cover the multiple needs of the owners as well as its visitors. A place that will host individuals and groups and which, in addition to being a collaboration space, can also host various events, presentations, lectures or even television filming.
The architectural design of the multi-purpose hub uses the contrast of exposed concrete and wooden surfaces, creating a modern and at the same time familiar feeling to the visitor. The great height of the main space and the free-form layout of the interior are main features of the architectural intention, while the arches between the columns of the facades and the interior give a refined character to the design indicative to the works of the architectural office.
Among the spaces designed, there is a large open kitchen ideal for filming purposes, additionally, various offices and rooms for podcasts are designed, while on the first floor there is also a private fully equipped apartment. The main multipurpose area and multiple rooms can accommodate over 80 people using a variety of layouts and alternative configurations.
The materials chosen, in combination with the earthy color palette and the strong presence of natural elements such as green elements and wood are a characteristic feature of the space that showcase a pioneering new concept. With this in mind, the project will be a pole of attraction and a point of reference for the entire immediate area.
