Mamalouka is a brand new concept located in Chalkidiki near to Thessaloniki , inside the village Pefkohori, in front of the Sea.
The main aim was to create a unique space, with very simple materials, where people can eat as a big friendly company, similar to the 1st restaurant Mamalouka in Thessaloniki.
The decoration of Mamalouka is based on the aesthetic of the Greek cycladic islands and a monastery of Agion Oros inspired the total atmosphere.
Many white sofas have been constructed on the one side of the restaurant, and a huge wooden greek tapas-bar has been placed on the other side. The rest of Mamalouka is filled with big wooden tables and different types of white handmade chairs. In the center of the restaurant , we respected an existing palm tree, and we designed a 4 side builded sofa around it.
A new ceiling has been constructed , similar to ceiling of the 1st existing restaurant Mamalouka in Thessaloniki, The wooden structure has been covered with wooden white beams, like a traditional wooden roof of a residence in a Greek island. Hanging handmade lights have been placed on the ceiling.
