Mnemes is a brand new concept located in Chalkidiki near to Thessaloniki , inside the village Pefkohori, in front of the Sea.
The main concept to create a new type of the traditional Greek Taverna in a new environment of a boho chic area.
We wanted to create something unique, with an essence that everything that is cooked, he been planted in the farm of the restaurant. So we created a unique space surrounded with farms that has corn, tomatoes , and all vegetables that a traditional kitchen is needed to cook.
Entering the farm, we placed a small farm with small animals, such us chickens and turkeys that produce the eggs for the restaurant.
A giant oil tree has been surrounded with centered stand that is actually connecting the two big pergkolas that have been designed in the farm.
The main building that included the kitchen and the restrooms, has been designed in a form to have an open kitchen so the customers have the impression that everything has been cooked in front of them.
