The building is located on Praxitelous Street in the historical center of Athens. It is a six-storey building with a ground floor and two basements previously used as bank headquarters. The purpose was to modify the interior of the building and turn it into a four-star boutique urban hotel.
At the center of the hotel was a central Art Deco staircase with curved walls and an elaborate Bauhaus aesthetic handrail. The aesthetic that was chosen for the rooms was minimal with simple materials with the main purpose of addressing tourists with a small budget. Four rooms were created on each floor where each has its own bathroom. On the sixth floor there are two suites which join and create a larger apartment.
The designed furniture is all custom with a simple logic of an urban hotel with simple lines. The wardrobes were designed from a metal frame meeting the minimum requirements and dimensions.
On the ground floor there is a small reception desk, while an Art Deco door was built on the exterior to match the aesthetics of the building. The breakfast room was designed in the first basement, while massage and spa areas were created in the second basement.
