Apollon is a Greek fine restaurant in the city of Schrobenhausen next to city of Munich in Germany.
It is a small family restaurant, that begun from the Greek parents and now the 2 sons of the family wanted to expand the restaurant to the next-wall shop, to get a bigger kitchen.
The concept was to create a unique space, with very simple materials, where people can eat as a big friendly company, with memories of a Greek small house on a island of Aegean.
The decoration of Apollon is based on the aesthetic of the Greek Cycladic islands that inspired the total atmosphere. White walls with traditional plates on them, and a new wooden ceiling has been placed on the roof of the restaurant to bring memories of a cozy Greek house.
A new bar has been designed, because of the knowledge of the owners on cocktails with Gin.
New custom made lights and tables have been designed for the restaurant, creating a unique atmosphere.
