Gloria Gati is a Restaurant located in the area of Karytsi square in the center of Athens .
The idea was to create an Italian brasserie with a street atmosphere of a vintage chic but very stylish destination .
It is part of the chain of restaurants of the same family, called Vittoria Gati, located in Glyfada.
The aim was to create an urban Italian restaurant, with pizza as the central theme. A circular wood-fired oven has been placed in the center and can be seen throughout the store. In the middle of the store, a two-sided sofa has been placed, creating a nucleus in the center. On the right, the central bar dominates, while on the left side, two circular sofas have been designed. At the back of the shop are the kitchen and the wine cellar.
The exterior space has been designed with the criterion of relaxation and contact with the urban landscape of the area adjacent to the church in the square. All the furniture is custom made, designed by the architectural team of ZitaTeam.
