Mamalouka is a brand new concept located in the center of Thessaloniki, in front of the Liberty Square next to the main entrance of the Port of the city.
The main aim was to create a unique space, with very simple materials, where people can eat as a big friendly company.
The decoration of Mamalouka is based on the aesthetic of the Agion Oros architecture.
Three white sofas have been constructed on the one side of the restaurant, and a huge wooden greek tapas-bar has been placed on the other side. The rest of Mamalouka is filled with big wooden tables and different types of white handmade chairs.
The main ceiling of the restaurant has been covered with wooden white beams, like a traditional wooden roof of a residence in Agion Oros. Hanging handmade lights have been placed on the ceiling.
The exterior sign of Mamalouka is sculptured on a wooden piece that in hanged from the external ceiling.
